Raspberry Linzer Torte
Roll spiced pastry in two parts: first the bottom

The pastry is crumbly, so patch it up with extra dough to cover the whole pan

Cut off excess and use extra pieces to make sure the sides are even. Prick with a fork and freeze

For the stars: roll the smaller dough piece and dip the cookie cutter in flour before pressing so cut-outs don’t stick

Spread the raspberry filling over the cold dough

Top with cookie cut-outs and bake as directed
