What you'll need

Semolina
1 cup
Sugar
3- 4 tbsp
Ghee
5-10
Raw Cashews
Cardamom Powder
1 1/2 cups
Water
1/2 cup
Milk
Rava Kesari Colour
Add 1/2 cup semolina or rava and saute for 2-3 minutes.

I've used double roasted semolina!

The semolina has changed color! Add 1 1/2 cups of water and saute! Add one diced bananas!

Semolina has started to become thick!Add 2-3 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter) Add 1 cup sugar & mix!

Add 5-10 cashews! Sugar needs to completely melt!

Add cardamom powder! The semolina has achieve thick consistency without sticking!

Add 1/2 cup milk and stir well!
