2 glasses (250ml)
Water
Add 2 tsp of oil,2 tsp of mustard seeds,dried red chilli,green chilli & asafoetida powder!Saute!

Add raw mango & add 2 cups of water to immerse the mango!

Allow the raw mango to cook to a tender level! Now add 1 cup of jaggery! Allow it with the mango!

The Jaggery has almost melted. Stir well to arrive at a thick consistency!

Add mix of 2 tsp of cumin & pepper powder! This will give it a good aroma! Almost there!

Raw Mango Pachadi (Fresh Pickle)is ready! Serve it with bread,chapathis or curd rice or even snacks!
