Sit comfortably...

Eyes closed, breathe... set an affirmation for your day, repeat x3

Rub your hands together and place the palms on your eyes

One exhale, eyes up and down... next, left and right

Then in circles (both directions!)

Interlace hands over head... and take a stretch

Stir the pot (both directions)

Ear to shoulder, hand on top... opposite fingers up and away (both sides)

Shoulder rolls, back and forth

Reach hands together in the back... belt can help (both sides)

Cactus arms... Inhale: arch, look up... Exhale: arms together

Twist to the right... and twist again (left)!

Ankle over knee, fold over your legs... (right and left!)

Breathe... Repeat your affirmation x3
