Reasons To Visit Grand Canyon In The Winter
There are no crowds! Crowds don’t compare to the summer crowds.
The weather is cool! We wore jeans, warm boots, warm long-sleeved shirts, winter coats, & beanies.
Be sure to prepare for snow ❄️! Our daughter was bundled up in a snow suit and was nice and warm.
The skies are clear ☀️ The blue sky beautifully contrasted with the red canyon rocks!
The air quality was great, which allowed for perfect views!
Parking isn’t an issue! Check out parking near the lodges to avoid the shuttle. El Tovar is central.
It’s easy to enjoy a meal with a view. El Tovar does not take breakfast reservations, but we got in!
The memories will last a lifetime! Take lots of photos and enjoy the empty roads to all lookouts. ♥️
