Heat a pan. Add ghee.

Add mustard seeds & curry leaves.Let it splutter.

Add the ground paste of coriander, mint, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin.

Add cashews.

Mix well. Saute till the ghee starts leaving the sides.

This is how you know that the masala is done!

Now add some lemon juice & chopped green chillies.

Add the cooked rice.
