Choose a recycled object. Be sure to clean it and remove the labels!

Cut the bottle in half. Make sure its big enough to create a design!

Prime the bottom half with white paint. It will make it easier to paint and design.

While your paint dries, decide what kind of planter you want to make!

Draw your design on a piece of paper or directly on your planter.

Add eyes, nose, mouth, hair/fur, or any other decorations and features.

You may need to use hot glue or krazy glue to reinforce your decorations to make sure they stay on!

Add mod podge if you want to seal your decorations and paint on your planter.

Let your planter dry. When dry, add plants and watch them grow!
