That’s what you’ll need.
Place cabbage, carrot and apple pieces in a food processor.
Add Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, date paste & parsley.
Process for a few seconds. Taste with salt and pepper.
Serve it with greens as a starter...
