Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Roast 12-15 minutes.

Cook shallots and peppers in sesame oil for 3-4 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and cook another minute.

Stir in red curry pasta and cook 1-2 minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and brown sugar. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Add cooked salmon.
