Red Velvet Cream Cheese Brownies
Add chocolate and butter to medium sauce pan over low heat and melt then remove from heat

Then off the heat whisk in the sugar

And eggs one at a time

And the salt and cocoa powder until combined

Stir in vanilla, food colouring and vinegar ( I like to use a natural food colouring)

Then fold in the flour

Reserve a couple tablespoons of the batter

Pour remainder of batter into prepared pan

Then in a separate bowl place the softened cream cheese

Mix in the vanilla

Then the sugar and yolk and mix until well combined and smooth

Dollop the cream cheese mixture over batter - then spoon over reserved batter over the cream cheese one

and use a knife to swirl - don’t mix - just gently swirl

Then bake - until puffed up and set

Allow to cool in pan to room temp then refrigerate 1-2 hours - then slice and serve
