Red Velvet White Chocochip Cookie Recipe
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy

Add egg and whisk on low speed until blended

Add 1/3 of flour mix ( flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda )

Add in the buttermilk and colour mix. Alternate between flour and buttermilk

Add in the next round of flour n buttermilk mix

Finish off with the buttermilk and colour mix

Fold in white chocolate chip

Chill the cookie dough for atleast 2 hours

Preheat oven. Line a pan. Use a scooper to form cookie dough balls

Place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or pan.

Bake at 170 deg c or 340 degrees f. For about 10 to 12 mins
