Boil 1 1/2lbs of potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
Hard boil 4 eggs, cool, peel, and dice into little pieces.
Fry 1/2 lb of Bacon until crispy
Fry 1 bunch of diced scallions
Add 1 tbsp. Spicy brown mustard to 1/3 cup sour cream plus 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Mix well.
Add Dreessing to the boiled potatoes
Add diced eggs
Add sautéed scallions and bacon.
Stir to mix.
