Reese’s Nutter Butter Truffles
Gather the ingredients.

Use a food processor to grind up the cookies.

Chop up the Reese’s cups.

Pull cream cheese into small chunks. Mix well with cookie crumbs.

Gently fold Reese’s cup pieces into the cookie mixture.

Roll cookie mixture into small, uniform sized balls.

Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Put them in the freezer for 45 minutes.

Combine chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.

Dip frozen balls into chocolate. Return to cookie sheet. Top quickly with desired sprinkles.
