You will need a bolster and a strap

Start by finding your super comfortable seat

Make half circles leading the movement from your nose

Bring the ear in the direction of the shoulder, open the arm, move the fingers and breathe

Roll the shoulders back hugging the shoulder blades behind you

Come to your back and grab your strap

Make a loop and place the strap behind the head in line with the ears

Bring the knee to the chest, put the strap on the foot, and straighten the leg
