Do a check in: roll the lips in both directions and move them side to side, open and close the mouth
Place the ball in the space between the cheekbone and the jaw, close to your ear and roll up & down
Roll the whole cheek in different directions and frame the jaw! Apply gentle pressure
Place the ball on the temple, apply pressure and juice your face!
Recheck! Roll the lips and open and close the mouth and notice the difference after rolling!
