Repurposed Potatoes for Breakfast
Grab last nights baked potatoes and slice thin using Santoku knife.

Season well with salt, pepper, garlic and three onion rubs.

Preheat you 10 inch nonstick fry pan with butter or oil.

Add your potatoes to the pan and hear that sizzle (go ahead and turn up your volume).

Spread potatoes out and cook over medium heat for 5-8 min. (Do not touch while cooking!)

Flip over in sections and repeat cooking on other side.

Remove potatoes, set aside. Re-butter pan, add eggs and cook as desired.

Top potatoes with eggs, lightly season eggs and enjoy!
