Restaurant Style Queso Con Carne
What you'll need
1 lb
Ground Beef
Jalapeño, diced, seeds removed
2.5 lb
White American cheese from the deli
2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
2.5 cups
1.5 cups
Pace Picante Sauce
Use white American cheese from the deli. Chop the cheese and melt along with milk, stirring often.
While the cheese is melting, brown the ground beef, drain and then chop finely.
When cheese is melted, add chopped beef, picante sauce, cayenne pepper, chopped jalapeño and stir.
Optional garnish of ground beef and chopped jalapeños. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
