Ribs W/Jack Daniel's Sauce In Quick Cooker/Instant Pot!
Roast whole garlic (cut top)at 400° for about 45 minutes in 5.5" Cast Iron Skillet

Slice 2 lb spare ribs so they fit in your Quick Cooker

Open crushed pineapple and drain, saving juice.

Juice lemons to get three tablespoons lemon juice.

Dice small white onion to make 3 tablespoons

To Rockcrok add 1 1/3 c. dark brown sugar, 1 c. pineapple juice, 2/3 c. Water, 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce, stir and bring to a boil.

Remove garlic, squeeze out enough to make two teaspoons. Save the rest, including the delicious olive oil!!

Add roasted garlic, 1 tbsp crushed pineapple, 1 tbsp bourbon whiskey, Onions and lemon juice, stir.

Pour sauce over ribs, set Quick Cooker to PORK setting for 35 minutes.

Remove ribs onto a platter, then...

Pour Jack Daniel's sauce over ribs, and enjoy!
