Rice Flakes Vegetable Upma( Avul Upma)
What you'll need
1 cup
Grated Carrots
1 cup
Onions
Finely chopped
Ginger

Green Chilly
1 tsp for sauteing
Black Mustard Seeds
1 tsp for sauteing
Orid Dal (pulses)
Curry Leaves
2 tbsp
Gingelly Oil (Preferably)
1 Fresh lemon juice
2 cup
Rice Flakes
Ingredients required!2 cups Rice flakes,1 cup onion,1 cup carrot chopped ginger & chilli 1 lemon

Heat 2 tbsp of oil & saute mustard seeds,orid dal,ginger & green chilli! Also saute onion!

Add asafoetida,turmeric & add the rice flakes & and mix well! Add salt to taste! Squeeze a lemon!
