Pour in 1.5 L of milk in a pot, on H to M heat & cover till it begins to boil.
Prepare 4.5 Tblspns of medium grain rice per ONE L of milk. Soak in 1/2 L of milk for a few hours
When milk boil, pour in your soaked rice and milk.
Put it on L to M heat and stir occasionally. Add 5 Tblspns of sugar per ONE L of milk
Once rice is fully cooked, add the flavour you prefer. We like Rose water: 2 Tblspns.
On L heat leave to simmer for abt 10 minutes then pour into bowls. When cool, put them in the fridge
Note that once they cool completely, the consistency will thicken and become creamier. Bon appetit!
