Gather and prep your ingredients.

Add herbs, garlic, and oil to a food processor.

Pulse until finely chopped.

Add the ricotta cheese, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the ricotta mixture to a small bowl.

Add Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.

Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate at least 60 minutes before serving.

Serve as an appetizer or snack. It’s even a great spread for wraps or pitas.
