chop one cup of fresh oregano

chop four garlic cloves

dice two medium yellow onions

sauté half the onions, half the garlic and half the oregano in 2 tbsp olive oil for 7-10 min

add chopped tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer 10-15 min to thicken

mix beef, onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, breadcrumbs, ricotta, parm, egg, s & p and form meatballs

brown meatballs in two batches

place meatballs in sauce. simmer covered for 30 min

sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley and enjoy!
