Bay Leaves Crushed

Parsley Stems
1/2 Stick
Butter
2 tablespoons
Granulated garlic
1/4 Cup
Dried Rosemary
1/4 cup
Dried Thyme
1/3 Cup
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/4 Cup
Granulated Onion
1/4 Cup
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all spices together in a bowl

Add stuffing ingredients to bowl and mix together

Add olive oil to stuffing mix. Stuff chicken with mix.

Put sliced butter underneath the skin on both breasts

Make incision of one of the legs. Push other leg through incision.

Season chicken with spice rub

Sprinkle seasoning on liver and neck

Put chicken on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Put chicken in oven and set timer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Take chicken out of oven and check temperature with thermometer. Temperature should be 165.
