Roasted Brussels Sprouts In Balsamic Vinegar
Let’s get cooking!
Prepare your ingredients

1 cup roughly chopped Shallots

2 lbs Brussels sprouts halved with stems and outer leaves removed

4 cloves of garlic peeled and cut in half

In an oven safe pan cook shallots for 6-8 minutes in 2 tbs oil until softened

Add Brussels sprouts and Garlic and cook for 6 more minutes until lightly browned

Add 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss to coat

Move pan to oven and bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes until done and slightly caramelized
