Roasted Butternut Squash, Cranberries & Feta
Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil, season w/salt & pepper. Bake 400° for 25 m. (Click link to recipe below)

Add fresh cranberries to butternut squash, mix. Bake an additional 15 min, until cranberries burst

Remove from oven, add feta cheese, cinnamon, and honey

Sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley. Enjoy!
