Roasted Cast Iron Shrimp with Herb Butter
Combine rosemary, chives, parsley, garlic, and seasonings with room temperature butter.

Once everything is incorporated...

Shape into a log.

Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate if not using right away.

Heat a cast iron pan in a preheated 400-degree oven. Add some butter.

Swirl the butter around until melted.

Add the shrimp, a few slices of lemon, and season with salt and pepper.

Roast the shrimp until it starts to turn pink.

Stir and return to the often. Bake another minute or two until the shrimp is pink all over.

It’s ready! Serve with a glass of white wine and some crusty bread!
