Add 1/2 cup warm milk, packet of yeast & 2 tbsp sugar to bowl. Let sit 5 min until it bubbles.

Add 3/4 tsp kosher salt & 2 large eggs. Mix until incorporated.

Add 1/4 cup sugar. Begin to add your flour in batches ( 1 cup at a time)- 3 cups total!

Once your ball of dough is formed start by adding each tbsp of butter. One at a time (5 total).

Mix dough for 10 min on medium. Grease large bowl & add dough. Cover & let sit for an hour (doubles)

Meanwhile get your mix ins ready! Fresh oregano, smoked gruyere, toasted pine nuts, roasted garlic!

Drizzle EVOO on dough. Add nuts, oregano, cheese and roasted garlic generously!

Start rolling lengthwise until you make one long log filled with goodness!

Once your dough is rolled cut into 24 pieces. Take one piece, twist it and lay in muffin tin.

Twist your dough lengthwise. set in muffin tin. Take another piece, twist and lay on top. Continue.

Once filled, cover for another 30 min. Pre heat oven to 350 (altitude) 375 (sea level).

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle Parmesan & smoked chili sea salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden!

Wow wow wow wow!!!!! Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, pesto or ham & butter!
