Roasted Garlic Hollandaise Sauce
What you'll need
1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter (melted & hot)

Egg Yolks

Roasted Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Add egg yolks, lemon juice, roasted garlic & salt to the blender and turn it onto high. Slowly drizzle the hot melted butter into the blender flap.

Continue to blend until everything is well combined and starts to thicken.
