Roasted Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts
the ingredients ~ Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, mustard, pine nuts,pomegranate

trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts and cut in half

drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat

sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper ~ toss to coat

pour on to a preheated baking sheet ~ roast at 425 degrees F for 15 to 17 minutes

toast pine nuts

remove Brussels sprouts from oven ~ place in a bowl ~ add Dijon mustard and honey

stir to thoroughly coat Brussels sprouts

sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and pomegranate arils
