Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Gather ingredients... We used sunflower seeds in place of walnuts

Lay out red peppers and rub with olive oil, salt & pepper

Roast until blackened then peel skins. OR use a jar of roasted red peppers!

Using the mini easy read measuring cup for the honey... Isn’t it cute??

Add all ingredients to blender, select grind setting, and hit start!

Super smooth allergy friendly dip!

Serve with pita chips, carrots, or naan!
