Roasted Turkey Breast (Juicy & Delicious)
Pat dry - Salt turkey generously and allow to sit at room temperature 30-40 min

Generously smear softened butter all over including under skin - do not skimp

Season with pepper (you can also add whatever herbs or seasoning blend you want right into the butter)

Add stock to bottom of pan with rack

Add garlic to pan

Add herb bundles (using herb blend you like)

Place turkey over garlic and herb bundles

This not only keeps the turkey elevated slightly but flavours turkey and drippings- then roast

Melt remaining butter and baste turkey every 30 min with it

Then return to oven and continue roasting until internal temp of turkey is 160-165 degrees F

And your turkey is golden - allow to rest 15-20 min remembering the turkey continues to cook a little longer while still in the pan

Feel free to add seasoning to butter according to your taste - make an herb butter or use a spice blend you love to customize

You can also use a different herb blend and shallots or onions for the garlic for under the turkey
