Roasted Vegetables In Honey Mustard Glaze With Sausage
Cut up 1 pound of Brussel sprouts and 1 pound of new potatoes- toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour onto a sheet pan, add your protein. Roast at 425° for 15 minutes.

Mix 4 teaspoons honey and 1 T. Of stone mustard. Pour over veggies and stir. Roast for another 10 minutes.
