Gather veggies, eggs, olive oil, cheese (shredded), milk, salt and pepper.

Use 2 red pepper, slice off tops and cut in half lengthwise. Place on Quick Slice and press down.

Follow the same process for the other veggies. Here I used mushrooms and squash.

You can also use other veggies you have on hand like broccoli, tomatoes or spinach.

I diced onions in my manual food processor. Add oil (1-2 oz) from the Measure-All and toss.

Place evenly on the large bar pan, bake 400° for 30-40 minutes. Let cool.

Add 10-12 eggs (or egg whites) to blender, 1 cup milk, and salt and pepper. Can use bowl & wisk too.

Place shredded cheese on top of veggies, pour egg mixture over it.

Use large or small Serving Spatula to serve. Enjoy for brunch, lunch or dinner.
