Rockcrok Bruschetta Pasta
Add 1lb of spaghetti to your rockcrok, breaking the noodles in half before placing them in.

Measure out 1/3 cup of oil in your mini measure all cup and set aside.

Add 4 cups of chicken broth to the noodles, cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile add 1 package of basil leaves and 2-4 rough chopped tomatoes to your manual food processor.

Add 4-6 cloves of garlic using your garlic press, remember you don’t even have to peel it before you press it!

Add the oil to your manual food processor and process until you reach a chunky salsa consistency.

After the first 8 minutes, add tomato mixture to pasta and mix well. Recover and return to microwave for another 8 minutes.

Once finished in the microwave remove and give it a good stir to mix everything up.

Shred parmesan into pasta and mix well before adding some additional to the top. Serve and enjoy
