Roller Skate: 3 Front Cross Exercises
When you do a front cross, you cross one foot over the other. This is the base step to a lot of jam skate dance moves!
Always think about your posture: bend your knees, straighten your spine and keep your eyes up!
First you have to be able to shift your weight
Bounce to make sure you keep your knees bend. Bouncing will help you to keep your balance.
When you cross your feet, turn your heel a little bit in.
Cross and back: Place your weight on one leg, cross your other foot and step back

Crossovers: weight on one leg, cross the other, shift your weight and step out

Two-step: do crossover, but slide your front foot to the front when you're stepping out

Combine them to make your own combination!
