Rosemary And Dijon Tofu Bowl
What you'll need
2 tsp
Dijon Mustard
1 large head
Broccoli
1 Pkg Firm Tofu
1lb
Potatoes
2 tsps
Balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
1/3 cup
Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400

Add dijon mustard to mixing bowl

Add balsamic vinegar to mixing bowl

Mix in olive oil into bowl

Cut up potatoes into small pieces

Pour 1/3 of marinade onto potatoes

Pour 1/3 of marinade onto broccoli

Cut tofu into small squares

Pour the remainder of marinade onto tofu

Place everything onto roasting pans and put into oven

Take broccoli out after 20min or once they're crispy

Top everything on pasta, salad or eat plain πŸ™Œ
