Brush turkey with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan.
Cover & roast up until about 30 minutes from being done. Mix together apricot preserves & rosemary.
Brush glaze onto the turkey and continue roasting until done per instructions on turkey package.
Allow turkey to rest 20 minutes before slicing. Full recipe is linked below.
