Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo
4 chicken breasts, 2 tbsp margarine, 1 tbsp Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix

Combine Rosemary Herb & margarine, rub evenly over the chicken.

Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 30 minutes

Meanwhile prepare 1 cup of ozro pasta

Chop 1 big shallot and 1/4 cup roasted cashews

Heat 1/2 tbsp margarine and olive oil. Cook shallot until soften.

Stir in ozro and 2 tsp rosemary herb.

Add 1 3/4 cups low sodium chicken broth and 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and shimmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in cashews.

Serve ozro with chicken
