Chop fresh rosemary

Add S&P, garlic powder, red pepper, olive oil, lots of lemon juice, and rosemary to chicken

Combine carrots, potatoes, and onions. Add S&P, garlic powder and olive oil.

Bake at 415F for aprox. 1 hour or until crisp and golden (uncovered).
