Rosemary Roasted Delicata Squash
Gather your ingredients: delicata squash, rosemary, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Cut off ends of squash. Slice in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds & discard.

Slice squash into 1/2” crescent moons.

Chop fresh rosemary.

Toss squash with rosemary, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Place on preheated baking sheet & bake for 20 minutes.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
