Combine flours and set aside

To make sponge for rye: mix yeast, molasses, and water together. Mix vigorously

Add in 120 grams of the flour mix into the sponge. Cover and let ferment for an hour.

After fermented, add butter and dry milk to the sponge

Transfer to a mixer. Add in flour and knead 5 mins. Then add in seeds

Put into greased bowl and proof for 45-60 mins.

After 1st proof round into loaf and brush with egg wash... time for 2nd proof

Into the oven at 375 for 30 minutes
