Salisbury Steak With Keto Gravy
In a bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic powder, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, coconut flour, pepper, and salt.
Mix and then form into 4 patties. Set Instant Pot to saute mode. Heat olive oil and brown the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Remove steaks and set aside. Add onion, mushrooms, heavy cream, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and salt & pepper. Place the steaks on top.
Allow the pressure to release naturally. Then, quick-release the pressure. Open the lid and remove steaks to set aside.
Remove liquid from gravy and mix with xanthan gum. Add mixture back to the pot. Spoon gravy from the pot on top of the steaks. Serve, and enjoy!
