Salmon Cakes With Chili Yogurt Sauce
What you'll need
1 14oz can
Canned Salmon
2-3 tbsp
Fish Sauce
2 cloves
Grated Garlic
2 inch piece
Grated Ginger

Eggs
1/4 cup
Chopped Green Onion
1/4 cup
Chopped Cilantro
1/2
Chopped Red Chili
1 large tbsp
Turmeric Curry Paste
1 tbsp
Juice From Lime
Salmon cakes with an Asian flair.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Take mixture and form into patties. Place in a hot pan drizzled with avocado oil.

Flip the patties over to the other side when nice and brown.

Place on a plate and keep warm until ready to eat.
Place a 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil in a large pan over high heat.

Add 1/4 cup green onion sliced on the diagonal, 1/2 chopped red Chili, and 2tbsp fish sauce. Sauté until onions are nice and cooked.

Place chile oil and pour it into 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Add 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro and mix well.

Taste and add salt for flavor. Mix well and serve with your salmon cakes.
