Salted Caramel Nutella Cups

Heat 1 cup sugar till it’s completely melted (keep flame very low). Remove from flame immediately

Add 6 tbsp softened butter. Stir it in quickly with the melted sugar

Now add in 6 tbsp cream & 1 tsp sea salt. Whisk it up. Salted caramel so ready - Keep aside to cool

Melt 12 oz semi sweet choc plus 3/4 cup Nutella spread. (Over double boiler)

Line mini muffin pan.Brush 1 tbsp melted choc onto bottom & sides of each muffin liner. Freeze 5 min

Once choc is set, scoop 1 tbsp salted caramel into center of each chocolate cup

Next, add around a tbsp of the chocolate mixture over the salted caramel.

Sprinkle salted caramel over cups. Freeze 5-10 mins. Then remove from pan & store in fridge
