Salted Chocolate Bread Pudding
Cut 1 lb. day-old challah bread into cubes. Place into buttered baking dish and set to the side.

Add 1/2 cup butter and 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips to pot.

Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Add evaporated milk, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, tumeric, honey, & eggs.

Stir until combined and smooth.

Cover challah bread evenly with chocolate custard. You can add additional chocolate chips as well.

Make sure to get those edges! The bread should be completely soaked. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.

Add remaining (2 oz.) chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle sea salt over the top of bread pudding. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
