Salted Honey Butter Rolls 🍯
Add egg, softened butter, and honey to your stand mixer and combine ingredients.

Add warm milk and activated yeast to your mixer. Begin adding flour + sea salt 1 spoonful at a time.

Knead the dough for an additional 3-5 minutes after adding flour. It should feel springy+elastic.

Cover your stand mixer's bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest for 30 minutes.

Grease a baking dish. Prepare salted honey butter, melt + combine honey, butter, & sea salt flakes.

Divide into 24 equal portions about ΒΌ inch thick. Brush with salted honey butter & roll.

Space rolls on baking dish & cover with plastic wrap. Leave in a warm area for about 2 hours.

Rolls should double in size & be touching. Brush salted butter on the rolls lightly coating them.

Transfer rolls to the oven & bake 10-15 minutes until the top of bread looks golden brown.

Brush rolls with remaining honey butter one last time & sprinkle with sea salt flakes. EAT + ENJOY 🍯
