Samba Wheat Upma(Broken Wheat Porridge)
Add 1 ladle gingelly oil! 1/2 tsp mustard,orid dal,chana dal,red chilli!

Add asafoetida and saute the spices until golden brown! Add three cups of water and allow to boil! Add ginger!

Add 1/2 tbsp of salt! Add curry leaves & broken wheat to the boiling water and mix well!

Add 2 tsp ghee so that our upma will be soft! Mix well! Its almost cooked!

Pressure cook the upma so that it comes soft without burning!

Allow three whistles!

Our Broken wheat is ready & looks absolutely great! Now squeeze juice of 1 lemon! The upma should not have lumps!

Total cooking time 20mins!
