Add Chana dal to the heated pan and sauté
After 20 seconds, add urad dal and sauté
Sauté until lentils turn golden brown and place it aside
Sauté the cumin seeds and methi seeds
Sauté until you get a nice aroma
Now it’s ready and place it aside
Add coriander seeds, sauté for 20 seconds
Add 1 tsp oil and red chilies
Sauté for 30 seconds or until you get nice aroma
Place it aside and let it cool
Add curry leaves and sauté them as well
Place the spices in a tray and let them cool down
Blend them into a fine powder
