What you'll need
1/4 cup
Buttermilk
1/4 cup
Fat-Free Yogurt (Plain)
1 tsp
Smoked Paprika (Sweet Or Hot)
1/2 tsp
Chili Pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 tsp
Ground Cumin
1/8 tsp or to taste
Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp
Chili Powder
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 tsp
Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp
All-Purpose Flour
1 pound
Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast Cut Into Strips
1/4 cup
Fat-Free, Low Sodium Chicken Broth
You can make your own Buttermilk - 1/4 tsp lemon with enough milk for 1/4 cup total

In a small bowl, stir together the Red Ranch Sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

Now to cook the chicken

In shallow bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic and onion powders, cumin and flour.

Coat each chicken “wing” and place in a slow cooker.

Pour 1/4 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth around chicken pieces.

Cook for 1 1/2 hours on high heat, add sauce to heat and serve!
