Sauerkraut Soup with Red Beets 🌟
That’s what you’ll need.

Roast chopped onions in a bit of olive oil.

Add red beet, carrot, celery root, caraway, and potato cubes.

Stir in sauerkraut and sweet red pepper powder.

Fill up with vegetable broth, add bay leaf (optional), cover and bring to a boil. Simmer at medium heat for 25 minutes until sauerkraut is tender.

Remove bay leaf and serve soup in plates. 💁‍♀️It tastes delicious with some whole grain bread. Enjoy😋
